Return and Refund Policy
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Change-of-mind returns aren't available.
But, if something arrives faulty, we request photo of the issue so we can sort the issue as soon as possible. Approved faults get a free replacement or full refund. The garment must be unworn and unwashed for approved return.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
When will I get my order?
AUS standard shipping orders will arive between 5 and 8 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment just AUS and NZ. If you want to organise international shipping, contact us on feralfemmesurf@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do! I recently shipped products to some friends in Ireland !
